  • Why should I shop with Rosy Paws?
    Rosy Paws is different from other online pet shops. I select every item in the shop myself and only choose items I use with my own dog and with clients' dogs. As a professional dog trainer, you know everything I have in my shop is top quality and good for your dog.
  • How do I know what is best for my dog?
    It can often be very difficult to know what to buy for our dogs. There is so much choice it can be overwhelming! Rosy Paws shop only supplies top quality products which are good for your dog. All our treats and chews are 100% natural with the ingredients clearly labelled, so you know exactly what your dog is getting. All our equipment is durable and non-aversive.
  • What should I buy for my dog?
    We have different categories so you can easily choose products by what you are training your dog to do. For example, we have categories for Recall, Loose Lead Walking and Mental Stimulation. If you are unsure what products would be best for your dog, just send us a message on our contact page.
  • Can I cancel an order?
    Yes, as long as your order has not been dispatched yet. If you order has been received and dispatched, please check our return policy. We are happy receive the products back, inspect them and process the refund when applicable. If your order has not been dispatched yet. We will cancel the shippment and process the refund.
  • How can I return an order?
    We care about you and your dog's happiness, so if your order proves to not be suitable, we can exchange or refund any purchase as long as it has been treated carefully, in their original condition and within 7 days of receipt. You will be responsible for your return shipment fee unless we have agreed with you otherwise. Please request a return & refund using our contact page and we will provide you instruction to help during the process.
  • What should I do if my order has not arrived?
    We ask you to please check the time frame of your selected delivery method. If your order has not arrived and the time frame has passed. Please do get in touch with us and we will help to find the best solution possible in your case.
